This is a character I sketched as a concept for a story I was putting together. I find that sketching out a character will sometimes help me in the actual creation of the character. The story never really came about, though I still have the outline around here somewhere... He's from the same story line that spawned Seoh Ling Long and Yoshi Raoin.
