This is my first D&D character, from the old White Box set. We knew practically nothing about the actual rules, but the character turned out pretty well. As we learned more about the rules, and new editions came out, I'd convert him over to the new rulesets. I retired him from use as an actual PC in the late 1980's, he was just too powerful. I still used him as an NPC, often with 'dumbed-down' stats until just a few years ago, when I quit playing all together. He also appears in numerous stories and has a deeply interwoven history with Wusheng Sz. |
