This was originally an idea posted by somebody on the CaGN board. Not Green Lantern Flash, per say, but your favorite characters with a Green Lantern Power Ring. I took Wally West and gave him Kyle Rayner's power ring. I also opened up his eye lenses. I felt the open eyes fit better with the design. It was drawn with mechanical pencil while I was waiting for a job interview. The construct is, admittedly, a cop-out, and the shading is a bit iffy.
